Main responsibilities: - Community operation: organize, connect the nationwide GrabBike driver groups with Grab Operation team management. Cooperate with driver group benefits and activities management from the community. - Communication planning: Content direction for over 40 facebook groups, Zalo pages-groups and other social communicating platform to the driver via Grab Driver application. - Internal functional teamwork support and collect daily information to Driver Community. - Team leading and covering some other internal scopes at Grab. Reason of leaving: I couldn\'t move to marketing team for relevant SOW. A little bit lack of my background and expectation to improve my career for marketing, branding and communication.

(2016-2017) - Strategic content produced, following brand direction & guideline. - Creative planning on social media, community management. - Execute Facebook content and monitor brand pages. - Teamwork with creative team, social media team, Digital Lead & Account team. - Prepare weekly, monthly report for clients. Reason of leaving: Only work for short-term campaigns of the brand-client until our client change their plan. I found like agency life was not stable for me again to stay more and I want to challenge more to reach marketing at client side.

Main responsibilities: - Creative & community planning for Nestle, NESCAFÉ CAFÉ VIỆT - Strategic content produced, following brand direction & guideline. - Write Facebook content, monitor brand pages, KOLs management. - Celebrate more brand-corps with other brand activities/community events. - Closely work with digital performance team (Perfomics & Jam Digital from Publicis). - Prepare weekly, monthly report for clients. Reason of leaving: The social media project of NESCAFÉ CAFÉ VIỆT was paused for the brand restructure and change to the other agency.
